Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided:

• Item is unused

• Original packaging is intact

• Accessories are included

• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened software

• Gift cards

• Downloadable products

• Customized items

• Products damaged by misuse

Faulty Products

Faulty products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable Kenyan consumer laws.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
