Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on a Sunday/public holiday will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Nairobi: 1–2 business days
Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, and similar): 2–4 business days
Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order, before you confirm payment. The exact fee is always shown before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden delivery charges added afterward.

How We Deliver

Receiving Your Order
